Straightforward booking, flexible planning and no unnecessary upfront payment for your private Sri Lanka journey.
Our flexible promise
Book now, pay later
Confirm your journey now and pay the agreed tour amount when you arrive in Sri Lanka. SAY Tours does not normally require advance payment for its chauffeur and tour-planning services, so you can secure your arrangements without paying the full cost months ahead.
Third-party reservations
Some hotels, safari operators, activities or other independent suppliers may require a deposit or advance payment to hold a reservation. If this applies to your trip, we will explain the amount, due date and supplier conditions clearly before you approve the booking.
Your confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when we have agreed your itinerary, dates, price and included services in writing. Please check names, dates, collection details and requirements carefully and tell us promptly if anything needs changing.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible if your plans change. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust your journey. Charges already imposed by hotels or other suppliers may still apply, and any unavoidable cost will be explained before a change is made.
Payment
The agreed currency, payment method and payment timing will be shown in your written confirmation. Never send money to changed bank details or an unfamiliar account without first confirming the request directly with SAY Tours by phone or WhatsApp.
